I like the song, glad it's number one, and although Elton and Em had a lot to do with it's success, it's proved many people wrong, my friends for example...

EDIT: And yes DJ One's version shit's all over this but hey, I still bump Country Grammer :cool: so who am I to judge it.

I personally don't think the success is because of Eminem and Elton John. Check up the comments from fans about it, on Top Of The Pops. Some fans who don't really know 2Pac's music all that well, even claimed that Elton John spoilt it a bit, and Eminem doesnt even get mentioned. It's all respect towards 2Pac. And there is more comments about that song(2pac ESPECIALLY), than any song and artist that have had songs released in the same week.

It's true though. Hip-hop that gets listened to in the UK is mainly Interscope and acts like Nelly etc. America has a far more diverse Hip-hop audience. We have about 20 hip-hop acts in our record shops, they have about 200.
