It's a shame that a lot of people spent a lot of time and money sourcing and purchasing them for someone else to sell them on, and various rubbish sites "leaking" them.

I have no problem with them leaking. But it's a short term high. There is almost no-one out there that is actively sourcing and purchasing new pac tracks. A lot of people with a lot (and I mean a lot) of tracks... Got burned. So even if you could get in touch with them and had the money, they wouldn't sell.

I for one, feel disappointment knowing that a lot of Pac tracks will never see the light of day.

I don't have like 2/3 of them. There should be a thread where all new leaks would be uploaded because Tupacboard is behind on things like these. We depend on guys that re-post something from a different forum which doesn't happen often and most people don't even visit other forums in the first place (me, for example ).

I'm thinking my two different rips are two different recordings of the stream. They are different quality though, which threw me off. I'll double check.

Also, I'm a bit into the whole version thing. My list lists titles but I know some songs have leaked in several versions.

I think I have a pretty firm idea as well. The story of the Pac scene would make for a good documentary. It's sad how it's downwards spiraled, but ultimately you can thank the estate for it imo. They destroyed the legacy and fucked the fans over because they wanted money for everything. If the estate hadn't been so stingy and stubborn in their business ways, the scene could have been different.

Sucks that people get fucked over. I used to sit on a few things I paid for which then leaked so I know how it feels. What I remember was I owed someone a few hundred bucks for some things, I was gonna pay it but I ended up dragging it out, however, before I had a chance to redeem myself everyone I knew went into hiding after a massive serial leak. I haven't had any touch with any of the collectors since, I don't know how to get at them, like you said if I were to contact anyone by now they would question my motives, so I dunno what to do really heh. In the mean time I'm enjoying these leaks and missing when I knew what was going on on the scene.

Anyone noticed that BG layer for Black Jesus sounds like a 128kbit/s rip converted to WAV? It isn't as clear as other og's from SIR.

Same with Killuminati, Secretz of War and U Can Be Touched, just turn on karaoke for this songs and you'll hear it. Whoever released this didn't release pure CDQ WAV rips, as some of them sound converted from lower bitrate source to wav. U can be touched sounds awful once you turn on karaoke, it's full of static and it makes my ears hurt :/

If there's one thing in the scene that hasn't changed, it's the understanding of CDQ.

None of the tracks labelled are actually CDQ. Which is why I am happy with what I had, as it always leaks a fair bit worse.

I'd rather have a high bitrate Mp3, than these WAVs.

All Eyez On Me OG sounds almost like the released version. Some beats are a bit different. Oh and How Do U Want It is different but I never even liked it and never listened to it properly to tell all differences but someone else sings the hook.

There are some additional background vocals in Life Goes On as well as some minor changes which is awesome and imo it's the best leak from that All Eyez On Me OG project. What about disk 2 though?

First of all, Got 2 Survive is a classic track. But let's discuss this Got 2 Survive vs. Amerikka Eatz Itz Young. Which one came first? What's the reason behind this? The Got 2 Survive beat shits on the Amerikka one but there's something real raw and authentic about Amerikka's hook that I fucking love.

It's a different mix of Gotta Survive, kinda different beat but some parts are identical to the previously released version, aside from that new intro and extended outro that wasn't available before.

As for Only Fear Of Death I prefer the released version over the OG, the one over hear sounds weak as it seems to be a very raw demo with simple loop and lacks the instruments and layers of the released one. Only if they'd leave that hook on retail version.

Btw.
When I Get Free sounds exactly the same as the retail version?
