Damn... I didn't know that even things that are written on a message board can make you feel this much better...

I think that we have a special board lol. Thank you guys :)

sorry to hear that man, hopefully she's at peace now. i know what you mean about how things said on a message board can make you feel better, when my mom passed away last year i posted about it, and was really touched by the responses i got. corny i know, but it really did make me feel a little better. there's a great family-like presence here, even though it isn't always so evident. but we all care.

I remember your thread. It was even touching for the others who read the responses.

We should all group hug now.

She has lived with us ever since the beggining of war, so she was like my 2nd mother.
I know what you mean, my grandparents on my mums side were exactly the same. When they got diagnosed with Cancer I had trouble even accepting that. My Pop had Pancreatic Cancer, they operated and he came out with tubes all over and died shortly after that. 9 months later my Nan died from hers and a broken heart.
Just know that it will take you time to feel better, but the best thing you can do it be around your family right now. I'm sure your all feeling the same.
Hope everything goes well for you and your family.

This pisses me off. All I keep hearing is everyone getting pancreatic cancer and it spreading to other organs which will kill the person.

You know what the doctor told my mom. It's a RARE cancer.

How fucking rare can it be when you already have what seems to be at least a good dozen people here that lost a family member due to it.

Fuck doctors, and their lil' dogs too.

^lol @ dogs.

Well it is a rare cancer, but I'm guessing that a lot of people are getting different cancers...

In other news... I think that I'm not that depressed after the death... I think that since it came as a shock and it came really quick, I was obligated to accept it fastly...

I think this was easier to accept instead of knowing that in a month, she'll die and I would have been sitting there next to her waiting until it happens...

Anyways, that's how I feel at the moment...
