This is directly linked to Katie's "I just found out that..." thread.

She died from Panceras cancer which also spread to her lungs at the age of 88...

I'm confused...they said 3-12 months...

You should never listen to a doctor's estimate when it comes to stuff like that.

R.I.P. to her. My condolences.

The trend seems to be that people who are given a long time die abruptly while people who aren't expected to live much longer suddenly endures for another three years.

very sorry to hear about your loss.

Hej buraz, primi moje iskreno saucesce. Moja baba ima diabetes, vec su joj jednu nogu amputirali i drzi se jos nekako. Ona mi kaze da je spremna za smrt ali znam da je nemoguce. Ali eto, probava da meni i mojoj staroj bude lakse kad ode.

Yeah I spend some time with her. She was at the hospital for 24 days and she came back home two days ago...

I was in town when it happened, my sister called me crying to tell me that I have to get back home. I speeded back home, I saw her in my mothers arms, just like she died.

I bursted out crying.

I'm having troubles accepting it...

It's like I'm about to accept it, but something stops me from it... Like I can use the Sands of Time to go back and prevent it from happening somehow lolll....

Sofi, believe it or not, that was one of the most touching things someone said to me today...

Sorry to hear that man, I hope you and the family are doing alright. Make sure to be there for your mom or dad (not sure whose parent it is sorry).

Sorry.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Be there for your parent who just lost their mother because if it is that hard for you, it is even harder for your parent.

She has lived with us ever since the beggining of war, so she was like my 2nd mother.

But I understand what you guys are saying, and God knows I'll do everything I can.

I understand the 2nd mother part, my grandma too had lived with us ever since I was born until we were obliged to bring her to a centre where she would be taken care of properly 3 years ago.

I know it's hard, but you can do it. I guess what is hard right now for you it's that you had not expected this to happen right now so not only are you having emotional pain, but also you are shocked by all of this.

Sorry to hear that man.RIP. My deepest sympathies.

My grandmother died suddenly back in 1999.The same day as Ryan Gigg's wonder goal in the FA Cup against Arsenal.I think the game was in extra time when i found out.Damn, i cant believe its nearly 9 years since she died.
