they don't think the employers overreacted, they think Euphanasia overreacted by reporting it in the first place, which i don't get because it's everyone's responsibility to make your workplace a professional environment, and when you have people going around making comments that constitute sexual harassment (like i said before, you can be damn sure that if a guy made that ass hair comment to a woman it would be considered harassment and he would be fired like that) and making their coworkers uncomfortable, that's not an environment anyone wants to work in. i dare anyone who has called Euph a pussy and say he's stupid for reporting it, i dare any of you to go into work today and make the same comments to a coworker of the opposite sex that you've never spoken to before, and see what happens.
