I beg to differ. While I understand they're probably not as exciting or energetic as the songs where he's pumped up and talking about "riding," those songs are still quite appealing and very much a key element of what made Pac unique. While I'm still very much a big fan of his angry songs, it's what 99% of rappers all do, talking about street shit and what not, which is fine. I'll listen to it. But the difference is, while I'm still a very big fan of a lot of those songs, I've never gotten shot at, shot at somebody, killed anyone, gone to jail, etc. But I have been in love with a girl, lost a girl to someone else, fiended for a girl, etc. Those "boring" topics you find uninteresting are the things that we have all experienced, thugs and computer nerds alike, yet less than 10% of rappers ever dare to rap about it more than once. These types of songs are a breath of fresh air after all the "I'll blast you" vibes that most rappers glamorize and label as "telling it like it is."
