I thought I was going to pass out, seriously. I can't even imagine going through that at the age of 7. :( Poor you, seriously. Did they ever go away?
I still get them, they're not as bad as they used to be, but they're still quite painful. lol.

For me, on the other hand, this is a hereditary thing. My father has always had them, and thank God I don't get the kinds he does. He's already puked from the pain. Now that's bad. My grandfather on his side used to get pretty bad ones also.

My dad gets them real bad and my sister does too.

I don't ever recall having a headache bad enough to be considered a migraine.

migraines are awful, it does ruin your day. i am also a migraine sufferer, i still get them every so often but not as much when i was 14 to 21 years old.

i would like to share that people who get migraines cut back on eating chocolate, as that is a major contributor to migraines. i have done that an i get less migraines within a year

seriously, me neither. at worst, a headache for me is a thing that passes by in the matter of 10-30 seconds. when i do have like a headache it aches so little i hardly even think about it.
Same, my sister however used to get them bad, I dont think she has in awhile though.

I get them constantly, after I took a fall a few years ago (4 meters from a roof onto my nugget......:() I get them about twice maybe 3 or 4 times a day sometimes.. I gotta keep that shit in check too. Every month or so get a scan to the brain to see if no tumors or clots come about. true story.

but yeah they suck, suck ass.

Well from my experiences with migraines I would get them to a point that I would go blind for a couple of seconds (10-15 sec's) and then I would get my eyesight back. It is like playing Counterstrike and then throwing a flash grenade in front of you but this time it slowly fades to black and then reappears.

What insurance company do you have Trish? You can consider this as an emergency situation where you needed to be treated immediately. I know that some insurance companies you need to call the insurer before you get treated, but in this case it was an emergency in which needed to go to any hospital asap.

I used to suffer as a kid, remember one day being taken home from school tryina sleep in a pitch black room (or as close as) and still having light sensitivity. I got one a few weeks ago at work, knew it was coming from the morning, panadol didn't do a damn thing, by 4ish I couldnt work no more and left. Once they catch on theres no stopping it, just tryina be as comfortable as possible while the devil passes through.
