Yes...officially marked homicide on the death certificate. Incredibly, incredibly fucked up, that doctor needs to be in jail for the rest of his life.
But it's only murder if he had the explicit intent of killing him, which is possible, but based on all the current information we have to hand, not logical. I know that LaToya considers it murder and so does Randy, but they haven't fully explained why or shared any further information as of yet. There's a couple of issues that need to be explored, including the legitimacy of the will and whether it was forged, who serves to gain the most from that and overall (some fingers are being pointed at AEG of course, and Sony).
There's also the question of certain items (and possibly money) being missing from Michael's home afterwards, and also where and what the doctor was doing in the alleged 45 minutes to an hour between when MJ started having problems and when the ambulance was finally called.
There are many things that do not currently add up....and I'm still as heartbroken today as the day it happened
On top of all that - you've got the additional issues of AEG and Sony covering up just how fragile Michael was, forcing him to do more shows than he wanted, and the movie being
very carefully edited to remove signs that he was obviously in no state to perform. The website
This Is Not It talks about that a little bit.
It's all very frustrating and depressing.
