The thing I'm cautious of is she knew she was recording it so ofcourse she's not going to be "normal" with him, but we don't know the history and what little things she says and the way she says them piss him off, but she does. And so to us he is just acting like a moron but how much of that is being driven by her? We don't know.

Cops say there's no evidence inside or outside her mouth that she was hit. Plus she tried to extort $10 million from him in exchange for not releasing these phone conversations, and there's emails to prove it. Last Thursday they both attended a custody hearing and Mel got to keep his visitation rights, so it doesn't look like the law is assuming the worst of Mel based on these tapes.

Also, this girl had a baby by Timothy Dalton in 1997. She's making the rounds of Hollywood middle age men. I think it's Kevin Costner's turn.
