My right-lower wisdom tooth (maybe I should say wisdom mauler?) is coming through.

This thread is to support me in my agony, or take cheap, underhanded shots at me.

Thank you.

same here, all four. i got your message on msn woody but i was sleepin in preparation.

i stayed awake for the whole thing, didnt wanna give an extra 300 bucks to be put to sleep. it hurt like a motherfucker when they pulled the bottom ones, prolly second worst pain ive ever felt.

the top ones didnt hurt at all to be pulled, he called it jammification or something like that, my top wisdom teeth had two teeth in one, he said its one of the weirdest things in the book but that it happens. i havent swelled at all, i was bleeding a lot the first day but no swelling or bruising and this is my third day. its really not as bad as you think it will be but the pressure when he's pulling them out is... good luck.

"Costed" is not a word, buddy. Are you sure English is your first language?

I'm gonna wait and see how they come through. I'll definitely not gonna get em preemptively pulled or something. Only if it's absolutely necessary.

Gonna is a valid contraction made from "going" and "to".

In my sentence that makes "I will definitely not going to get them preemptively pulled".

Which is perfectly correct English.

Now you failed for the second time and made yourself look stupid. Good job. Fuck off and take lessons.

"will not going to get" may sound a tad weird, but it's a 100% correct functional English verb construction.

You might have a fighting chance if you were right, but you aren't.

I'm not going to debate semantics with an American that thinks the past tense of "cost" is "costed", anyway.

You're also an annoying piece of hillbilly scum with an overinflated ego, and since I'm in a bad mood today, I'm putting you on my ignore list so I don't have to read your inane crap anymore.

oh no i'm on the ignore list... breaks my heart. hillbilly scum? that makes a lot of sense. overinflated ego.... maybe...

also, flipmo, its really not THAT bad. the whole surgery only takes about twenty minutes and if the surgeon/dentist does it right, then it wont hurt afterwards and you get some lovely painkillers, lol.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth taken out when I was 16. Got an operation because if they were to come out they would have fucked up all my other teeth.

Had 4 taken out when I was 18. Came out of the office loaded up on drugs - everything was bright and my 1993 Chevy Cavalier with plastic Wal Mart wheel covers looked amazing to me.

lmao^^^

the shitty part is the food consistency you have to eat... mached potatoes, yogurt, pudding...

i managed to eat some pizza my first day but it took like twenty min to eat one slice... took me fortyfive minutes to eat so chicken fingers and french fries today. eating strawberry-banana yogurt as i type this

*just lost all hetero street cred*

my wisdom teeth are barely poking through compared to my other teeth, but i've gone through four or five growth periods where my mouth hurt for like a week. i didn't think it was all that bad lol, so either i'm lucky or people are just bitching when they are complaining about wisdom teeth. pulling them does suck though, i have two teeth in need of pulling myself.

Yoghurt should have an H in it :p

Regardless, it's still progressing steadily. It doesn't really hurt (yet). There are some chewing aches but so far the hunger far outweighed any physical discomfort.

I just hope it'll pop through cleanly and correctly. Dentists scare the living daylights out of me.
