That's science.
First they tell you to stop drinking coffee because it's super-unhealthy and now you should drink it in large amounts because it'll save your life
Also some of that article is just plain wrong. Adding milk would increase the chances of osteoporosis. Calcium in cows milk does not break down properly in humans due to the pasteurization process killing the required enzyme. We've covered this on here before.
That's science.

You must have been reading another article or this one through anti-science, religious goggles. Don't confuse science with the media. The media will jump to contradictory conclusions from one study to the next. This article seems pretty balanced and concludes with: “Most researchers agree that there isn't enough evidence about the benefits of coffee to encourage non-coffee drinkers to acquire the habit.” So they are not recommending it. They’re also not condemning it. There are pluses and there are negatives. I feel the negatives outweigh the pluses, when you can get the pluses elsewhere without the negatives. Caffeine is a habit-forming drug. It has significant long-term negative effects on the cardiovascular system, adrenal glands, and stomach-acid secretion. Is it the most unhealthy thing people are using? No. I’d rather see people stop drinking sodas than coffee.
