2pac was in a hurry with Krazy so I think that he didn't put much thought to many of his lyrics. Let's not forget that the Outlawz were left out from this song (fortunately) because they were too slow with their verses, to put it in a better perspective of how fast it all went.
I guess 2pac was like "took a minus rhymes with hard times are behind us, hmm so let's add turned it to a plus and find something that fits well, oh yeah! Blinded fits, so that'd be 'now they stuck living blinded since it's the most obvious choice with that word even if I don't mean anything specific by that".
Later on it was even more random, he probably wanted to mention something about him drinking too much so "Hennesey got me feeling bad time to stop drinking" came very natural and he was just looking for a rhyme to that and that's why "rollin in my drop top jag, whats the cops thinking" sounds kind of random and half-assed, but it rhymes.
Listening to really a lot of 2pac lyrics I get that feeling that he didn't really think much about what he wrote but he was good at it. That's also why all those 'thug n***a", "drug dealer" rhymes come from - things about shooting, killing and bitches at random times. Easy rhymes and it could easily pass under peoples' radars because they would see something deeper, thinking that "oh it's 2pac so he obviously meant something deep by that".
