how will my success be measured against these responsibilities?
what is an example of a typical career path, beginning with this position?
what type of person succeeds in this position?
ask them what their management style is
what are the company's strenghts?
what are the company's weaknesses?
what kind of training can i expect?
what is the company's image among its customers?
what is the turnover rate among company personnel?
why is this position open? what happened to the previous incumbent?
what will i be expected to accomplish in this position in the next year?
what does the company do that is different and better than what competitors are doing?
how do you motivate people?
what incentives are provided to rewards superior achievement?
dress professional, if anything it never hurts to ask what the atire will be for the interview.
