Is it Kastro or Kadafi in the outro to ‚Stay Awake’ ?

Im just wondering cauze actzually I woudl say it cannot be Kadafi becauze of when teh song was recorded, but that VOICE rite in the end, shouting "Death Row, Death Row" sounds soo much like Kadafi, but would u rather say it is Kastro? Perhaps when they recorded the song Kadafi was still present, participating just in the outro ?? Any idea?
