It seems like every month, I have only a few days where I don't feel like I have insomnia.
I stay up to like 3-4am, not doing nothing.
Then wake up at 6:45 am for school. It seems like I'm sleepy in class but paying attention.
By the time I drive home I'm wide awake but feel so tired.
Tired enough where I don't feel like I can do my homework.
It seemed like working out was helping me a TON in getting sleep, but I noticed that if I don't work out, I can't sleep.
