no, but thousands of innocent people died in WW2 as well. does that mean the allies should not have gone to war with Germany? should they have let the Nazis take over Europe, because innocent people might die if they try to stop them? obviously Iraq and WW2 are not even in the same ballpark, but war is ugly, war is death. innocent people are dying, but how many innocent people died under Saddam Hussein's reign? and seriously, when it comes right down to it, what the fuck does Iraq have to do with music piracy? not a damn thing. terrible analogy. not to mention that the RIAA isn't even a government agency, and has nothing to do with the Bush Administration, or any other administration, at all.
