Ok update.......

She was told that she would need 30 blasts of chemo - so far she had had 10, one the tenth last week, they told her that she may have the cancer in her spine but it is too risky to operate - why have they only told her now - after all this time???

So she could be having all this chemo for no reason at all - the world sucks... :(

Wow.. 30 blasts of chemo? I wish nothing but the best for her

The doctors probably only told her about the cancer in her spine recently because they probably didn't find it till then.

An update - my aunty is doing ok - just the chemo that is taking it out of her.

Just found out yesterday that my boyfriends Sister in law has bone cancer - she has already had breast cancer. She is only 37.

Just been told now it is also in her organs, and they can't treat it.

It's so sad.

Update,

It is in her diaphragm and has spread to her liver and kidneys. Not good.

My dog had bone cancer, at first the vet didn't know what was wrong with him. He ended up becoming so weak he couldn't manage to go up or down steps so he couldn't go outside and his hair started to fall out en masse. It was really hard to watch.

sorry to hear about this katie. there isn't much anyone can say to make you feel better but sometimes just knowing people care can be enough.

my uncle was diagnosed with lung cancer. they told him they can do nothing. they told him he could do chemo, but it would only "improve" the quality of his life. he has about 1-2 years to live at best.

life freaking sucks.
