There are certain levels of stupid out there, each one well represented by the American population. I seem to be a consistent victim of the people not quite stupid enough to walk out into traffic, but dumber than the ones that watch Fox News.

Anyone who does not know how to read a phonebook should not be permitted to own a telephone. That's right, I'm proposing testing and licensing requirements to own a basic modern utility. Why? Because I hate people.

My mother's name is Sandra Bloom. There is a doctor in the area named Sandra Bloom. Apparently everyone in the area looking for a new physician calls my house thinking that my residential number is a doctor's office. Now it's obvious that these people don't look in the yellow pages, because my number isn't in there. So what must happen is they hear of Dr. Bloom, look for "Bloom, Sandra" in the phone book, and are too dumb to realize that doctors don't list their office numbers in the same manner as residential numbers. And even after they here the message about the family not being home, they still leave messages about setting up appointments! Dumb fucks

AmerikazMost, are we PMSing today? lol I know what you mean though, when I was younger, our phone number was opposite of Sub Station (where they sell sub sandwiches) and we used to get calls for them all the time. Apparently it didn't dawn on them when we answered the phone with "hello" instead of "Sub Station".
Once my brother took someone's order I know they were pissed when they got there and nobody knew what they were talking about.

you haven't seen the worst of me ..I get in these moods sometimes where I just sound off on everything..i was talking to my buddy once on AIM, and after talking about all the ways my parents pissed me off and getting pretty agitated about it all, my IM's went something like this (all in a span of about 12 seconds)..

You should set up appointments for those ppl who call. Let them show up at the real doctor's office with no appointments. Serve them right. Or have them come to your house and pretend you're a doctor and tell them they have incurable illnesses.

i completely understand where you're coming from.

At my theater, when i have a box office shift.....people will come and say "can i have a small coke"

i just stare at them 4 a while........................ ...................... ........... then look behind me 2 see if there are any fountains or any kinda.....then respond "i'm sorry, they sell that stuff UPSTAIRS"
