Pac says he's coming back. The "wreck" is either a reference to the car he was when he got shot. When a car is shot, it's a wreck. Or he means that he's coming back to wreck his ENEMIES !!!!

YOUR girl. He means Faith Evans. A reference to Biggie. The "cries" refers to Biggie. Because babies cry and Biggie was a baby on "Ready 2 Die" !!!!
