use Vicks under your nose, and your throat and stuff.

a family member of mine puts it under their armpits, and on their feet and wear 2 pairs of socks. it makes it sweat it all out. but thats kind of weird.

anyway, just basically do what Snowman said...

have some vitamin c to build your immune system up
believe it or not he's right..
i used to drink like a carton of that orange juice with added vitamin c a day, and each serving was like 120% daily reccomended amount of vit. c and i was NEVER sick. just sick of orange juice. but that has a lot of sugar in it, so be careful or you'll end up a fatass diabetic.

re: being sick in june. maybe its allergies guys... my allergies have been fuckin killin me lately.

Who gets sick in June? Seriously.
Me? For real we have been having super humid days (temperature felt 38 degrees or something like that) and the next day 20 degrees barely. Plus there was this girl at work who had what I have last week so she probably just gave it to me.

Ah I hate it, I just called in sick at work. I hate calling in sick.. it makes me feel bad. But my throat is hurting and my job requires me speaking on the phone all day. So yeah...:sad2:
