snoop tried to sell it in 96 or 7 but decided against it. he doesn't own any rights to the song as part of his deal to leave death row (he left pretty much his whole catalog behind), so if it's going to be released it would likely be by death row. seeing that suge is down to his last 11 million it's likely that we'll see an influx of death row products on the market soon (either from him or from harris).
