Hit em up suppose to diss Jay-Z???

man damn fatal for doing that. shit. i would've loved that. jay-z being hungry at the time and trying to get notoriety would've most likely replied and could've had a short little battle with pac.

Yeah, what the hell did Jay-Z say. Did Jay-Z say that 2pac couldn't rap or something or that the west couldn't rap? Or was that just general talk that Pac replied to on "All Out". On "All Out" Pac was like Jay-Z & Mobb Deep, "These Motherfuckers talking about we can't rap." So I'm just wondering what the hell Pac was responding to or where he got it from.

Reasonable Doubt must've not been out back when they made Hit Em Up because on "Too Many Answers" Jay-Z was like "too much westcoast dicklicking".

Also I remember years ago I heard there was audio of Jay talking slick about 2Pac and DMX not being lyricists and only being relevant because street niggaz was copping there shit. Was this the same type of shit that Jay must've said when Pac was present?
