^It still can. Once you're past like age 10, nobody trick or treats and all it ends up being is a costume party at night. Halloween doesn't happen in Bosnia either but people still organize Halloween parties at clubs and people dress up and go. If nobody's doing it in Warsaw, it's a good business opportunity.
