Just got my first platinum plaque for the production i did on bushido's "7" album. For the americans unfamiliar with dude he's like one of the biggest artist's in europe. Im doing about a third of his next album being released in october. I tried to find some figures but i couldnt find them.

Bushido has like four gold and one platinum album, while Fler has maybe one gold album. Not even mentioning mixtapes or dvd's....and all the awards.

The only German hip-hop that used to be "popular" here was Fler (the "Neue Deutsche Welle" times) and DJ Tomekk because he's Polish. But I think I remember hearing something about Bushido years ago on german viva tv.

Actually, as far as i can see, neither Fler nor Sido have gone platinum ever.

So i dont know what plaques youve seen there.
