i concur. secondary language, what can i say. i'll be taking some english classes over the spring term.
shadows, i'm not saying they're stupid. i'm not saying they're bad. i'm just saying i can some times dig they "hi sup? nm. k." type of convos, i can sometimes appreciate the "OH SHUT UP YOU FUCKING DOUCHE LAWLAWLAWLAWLAWLAW!!!!" type of posts- people aren't stupid or morons for making them.
i appreciate that it can depend on a lot of different things when people, for whatever reason, choose not to read my posts. i often find i'm in a hurry and can't read a post i "should" read. but i never say "post is too long", i'll say "post is too long for me to read right now, will get back to it" (hypothetically, i probably wouldn't say anything). when people specifically tell me my posts hurt their eyes, or they can't stand reading long posts, this is where i have to question something. when i'm discussing something because i feel i have an answer to someone's problem, or because i have a problem i need an answer to, those things you listed are whatever. okay, so some people want to laugh, others are lazy. whatever lol.
i agree though that Chronic is a great poster, but i think you share his point of view as do i. there have been people who thought he was a fucking douche throughout times. he writes up a lot of shit from the point of view that he's uhm.. contained. not judgmental and very liberal. very kind. i could be a cocky asshole. i've been an insecure emo but i also used to be a cocky asshole. most people on one end of that stick don't think too kindly of people on the other. when i was in cocky mode i used to hate losers. when i became a loser i fucking hated cocky assholes. (if someone feels offended by that you're a true loser btw.) then i came out somewhere in between. my point is, a good post doesn't have to mean that everybody agrees with it. if my point is to find a general consensus, for example.
