that's how it is. pac probably had intended to get back to the song to finish it, but it got buried with the progress of creating new songs. there are other original versions that are like this as well...

because very few of the og's are pre-mixes, yet people toss that term around all over trying to demonstrate knowledge (when it makes them look like idiots). a pre-mix is just what it sounds like - an unmastered preliminary mixdown that is the same as the final produce barring simple changes from the mastering process. an og is not a premix in most cases. people can try to flex some sort of industry knowledge if they want, but it would be wise to know the terms and use them properly instead of being mindless sheep.
