I left school to be a Chef. After ten years in this business I realise there is few dedicated chefs that are on my level. So now I am like, I have got the college education, qualifications, and the experience; overall I have what it takes to be a good Chef. I am. Currently I am shitting on my colleagues that are 'company trained' - for my education was in an independant company in the city. My practical cooking skills far outweigh my knowledge of cooking, though they are on the same level
