Probably so... Since this will be Danny Boy's first officially released album. Many non-diehards don't even know who he is. Doesn't mean it won't be solid though...

You can listen to samples of the entire album on the link below. Has a nice old school Death Row sound but like i said i dont expect this album to sell at all. Nobody besides actual Death Row fans even know who Danny Boy is let alone care about whether or not he has an album out.

Does anyone know how the previous Wideawake albums have done? I'm pretty sure nothing. The anticipation of an upcoming 2Pac album maybe the only thing keeping this label alive.

/\ The reissue of The Chronic sold very well actually, the unreleased Snoop stuff sold moderately.

Anyway I'll probably buy this. A track with Roger Troutman over a DJ Quik beat makes it worth the money to me, as both a Death Row collector and a Zapp collector.

I'm not sure who does the box on the other songs but from listening to it all day today i believe some of the other songs might actually feature Roger also.

Man, that must fucking suck, collection wise. Do you put it on the Zapp & Roger shelf or on the Death Row shelf. Or buy two copies for each shelf?

This is a kind of thing that would actually bother me if I collected from more than one artist.
