In 1990 Pac was a roadie on tour with Digital Underground where he met another DU Roadie, Randy "Stretch" Walker and his brother Majesty (The Live Squad). During a concert with either Queen latifah or Public Enemy he met their roadie, Treach. (Naughty By nature)

Pac, Stretch and Treach appeared on a DU track "Family Affair"
Pac got a deal with TVT Records and did several songs with Stretch and his brother Majesty over the next few years until they fell out after the NY Shooting.
Pac did two songs with Treach- 5 Deadly Venomz & Loyal 2 The Game..and appeared in several Naughty By Nature videos. Stretch and Treach were with him when he filmed Above The Rim.

In 1986, while at Baltimore School of Perofrming Arts, Pac was battle-rapping at a school dance and met the incredible beatboxer Mouse Man (aka Dana). They were friends for several years until Pac moved to Cali. When Pac got back with Mopreme in 1992, they did a few songs with Mouse Man (What Goes On, NIGGA & Black Cotton)

Pac met Suge, Nate Dogg, Warren G, Snoop & DPG 2 years BEFORE Death Row. DeathRow was producing the 1994 soundtrack for Above The Rim. Deathrow producer Warren G did two tracks with Pac..How Long Will They Mourn Me & Definition of a Thug Nigga. Nate dogg appeared on Thug Life album..this may or not be the same time Pac met Johnn J/DJ Quik.

Sometime in 1995, Pac's godbrother Kadafi brought his homey Fatal to see Pac in jail. Fatal freestyled for Pac, and Pac invited him to join Outlawz when he got out of jail. Kadafi and Fatal did a few songs together prior to DeathRow (Fresh Like Celery, etc.)

When Pac moved to Marin City, California once of the first homeys he met was Ray Luv. They stayed together and formed a group Strictly Dope, and although Ray never appeared on any of Pac's professional work, he went on to release several acclamied albums in the mid-90's, and is currently part of Candyman's HaveNotz.
When Pac met Leila Steinberg, the two of them stayed at her house and they enjoyed "Potato Tacos". She intorudced them to Atron Gregory, manager of Digital Underground, he got Pac on the tour and later got him a record deal.
