^You misunderstood I was talking about the same part as you, my PS was for post I made.

I listened to the track again and noticed as you said that there is not "s" sound after "God"(but again Pac could rhyme it and just swallow it).

But I can't understand your thoughts here "God coming, She's just taking her time"

I understood that you want to separate them. I understand the part "God coming", but, please, explain better then who is "she" and what it has to do with being vulgar???

I know some of you think that we are going to deep about the meaning and that Pac just spitted it how he felt. Well, I agree with that. But what we have here - is a beautiful intelligence talk. And we are looking through the lyrics and looking for poetry. Even if it wasn't the meaning Pac was trying to give it's just our thoughts, which won't harm anyone. So, please, don't attack us. I think by discussing Pac the way we do it, we learn a lot of things. Threads like this, I find - the most interesting and important thing on the board.

I remember when I first heard Blasphemy I thought Tupac said:

"niggaz jurlsam waiting for signs, got currency just taking our time"

As if he talking about just kicking back gettin money while waitin for Jesus or something.

But after reading this thread and listening to the track last night, I noticed Tupac said:

"Niggaz in jurusalam waiting for signs, God coming, She's just taking her time"

Noice the 'God' and not 'God's' - there is no 'ss' sound on the record.

'God coming, She's just taking her time' - here Tupac is implicating two seperate people, 'God' and 'She'. And what he is really implicating is an act of Fellatio or of a similar vulgarity.

But then again you knew that already, I was just the first one to say it.

She is just a She. another part of the equation. She doesn't have to be a specific person, Just someone who would make God come (in all vulgarity).

You give jewels to a child. Child don’t understand the price of jewels, he can throw them out without paying any attention. So as a kid you don’t understand the importance of those rules.

I think here he didn’t talk about rap, he talked about life in whole. Pac always said that he was the realest. If he won’t go pop, in other words, he won’t be behaving like everyone only for popularity “god” will beat his as like cops do him.

No! Pac wasn’t scared, what he said here can be understood in many ways. He said:
“Promised if I have a seed, I'ma guide him right” then he’s asking Lord not to let him die. I really don’t want to talk on that line much. But Pac also could laugh at Lord by saying “don’t let me die”.

I understand, but still can't take it. I think Pac was refering to God when said she and he just swallow 's' sound.
