Actually it's very clear, I can't see why you all can't understand why Pac said "she".
He is doing blasphemy and by saying "she" he attacks people who believe in god, he just makes his song stronger with "she"

Exactly.

Also prince ital r.i.p sings using the lords name in vain while the people in the Ghetto feel nough Pain. This is also playing while the Our Father Prayer is being said.

God Bless America.

Damn 2pac was that crazy to presume so many things, even sometimes he was too controversial when he said things. One day he talks about the Illuminati the next day he says they don't even exist. It's possible to decipher his message but you got to read between the lines so much. Also if you listen to the track a couple of times there are several messages he conveys in it. I wonder what state of mind he was in when he recorded this track.

Peace

Alot of people in this thread are overanyalyzing the song. Personally, I think the song is just about the corruption of religion, politics, and world leaders....simple as that.

With that said, I feel its quite possibly his deepest song ever, and EASILY his most relevent nowdays in view of all the events occuring in the world today.....the Middle East in particular.

If not his best song, certainly in his top 5.

yea, one time 2pac will be like God forgive me for my sins, then the other time he'll be like, send me to hell cause i aint beggin for my life.

I think he really was crazy. Weed will do that to u. Especially when ur as stressed as he was from all the "pain"

also in blasphemy i agree there are sometimes multiple messages in say, one line. like when hes talking about the preachers, in the background you hear pac imitating one and saying "come here boy" and then kisses him !!!! crazy. i think he was reffering to the child molestation going on in the church.

A true prophet of our times.

also, does he say jesus was a con-man or kind man? I think its con-man because he relates it to saying that if he is a con-man he should understand the times in a crime land. but it could go both ways.

well just going by the theme of this thread, why would a kind man understand times in a crime land? a con-man would understand how crime times work so if the song is called BLaSPHEMY then i would believe the con-man version. just my thoughts

I remember when I first heard Blasphemy I thought Tupac said:

"niggaz jurlsam waiting for signs, got currency just taking our time"

As if he talking about just kicking back gettin money while waitin for Jesus or something.

But after reading this thread and listening to the track last night, I noticed Tupac said:

"Niggaz in jurusalam waiting for signs, God coming, She's just taking her time"

Noice the 'God' and not 'God's' - there is no 'ss' sound on the record.

'God coming, She's just taking her time' - here Tupac is implicating two seperate people, 'God' and 'She'. And what he is really implicating is an act of Fellatio or of a similar vulgarity.

But then again you knew that already, I was just the first one to say it.

damn you're right, he does say con-man. only a con man would understand times in a crime land. how would a kind man understand times in a crime land
he doesnt say that a kind man does undestand times, he says that a kind man SHOULD understand times in these crime lands. and i dont think that it can be conclusive to say that he says con man and not kind man, the way pac rapped they could easily be mistaken for eachother.

Again, you guys are waaaaaaaay over analyzing this song too much.

I love the song, its possibly even my fav song ever, but dont look into it so deeply. Just look at it as Pac dropping some knowledge about the corruption of religion and the goverment, thats it. Very deep song, but yall are making mountains out of mole hills.

^I don't agree with you, I'm still thinking what i said.

PS I re-listend, he really says con-man, damn.
How can you contradict me when you are talking about a different part of the song?!!!!

Just to clarify I was talking about this quote:

" Niggaz in jurusalam waiting for signs, God coming, She's just taking her time (Ha ha) "

For Tupac is being Vulgar with 'coming' that's why he laughs at the end because he is being sinister.
