If you mean remove the lyrics from the beat or vice versa, yes it can be done, sort of but it's really not worth the bother... they sound shit.

vocal removal hardly ever works. i dont remember exactly how it went, but its got something to do with how the vocals and the beat is mastered and panned. think of it like this: vocal removal is an algorithm that removes 1s and 0s from a digital audio file. of course you wont get a good result.
