The photo was sold by someone that worked there. Im sure they could have gotten a lot more money had it actually shown Pac's face.
The coroner has not denied the photo, but they have not confirmed it either, and why should they deny it? I mean, do you think they really care? If they did care, the only real answer they would give is a denial, because the selling of this photo was illegal and they could be sued for letting it leak. So therefore if anyone actually took the accusation that this is a real photo serious, they would have denied it, but there’s no real proof to suggest this photo is real, so they’ve ignored it.
And just because the cuts are in the proper spot, does not mean its real. As I said, this is probably a real autopsy, just not Tupac's. Had it been Pac's, they would have taken a photo of his face if they intended on selling it because it would make more money. They sold an autopsy photo for money, I doubt they said to themselves "oh well Ill pimp a dead man, but I have enough respect not to show his face." Come on thats just illogical.
And as for faking the tattoos being difficult... Its actually really easy.
