It's spring, all that greenery and shits flying everywhere = allergy. I hate that.
Not to even mention taking a walk thru the park, beautiful weather after grey winter, warm outside, beautiful greenery and FUCKING allergy!
How do you deal with it?

I'm sitting at my own, clean home at night and I feel that annoying something in my nose, I'm having a hay fever and I have to take Zyrtec to feel good.

What's your way of dealing with allergy?
Do you have any antiallergen hardware installed at home like air ionisators and stuff?
If so does it work? I'm thinking about getting one actually.

Damn allergy.

You kill yourself. People with allergies are inferior human beings, like Jews in the 30s. You're a waste of polluted air. His Holiness Dalai Lama said that overpopulation is one of the key concerns of our generation; I agree, let extermination begin.

Air can be vastly improved with a filtration system. Units with three to four filtering systems are best. Make sure it has HEPA filters. Those that filter down to a level of 3 microns are able to screen out most bacteria, mold, pollens and animal danders. Placing a filter in a window will limit the amount of pollutants coming into a room. Also, saturating the system with extra nutrients can be most helpful, especially when allergies are in full bloom.

Vit A at 5,000 - 10,000 IU reduces the severity of allergies.

Vit C at 3,000 mg in divided doses throughout the day reduces histamine levels in the blood. More can be taken when fighting off an allergy.

Make sure you're getting B complex

Grape seed extract- is a natural antihistamine, 100 mg one to three times a day.

garlic-builds immunity.

I could go on but that's a good start.

Man I never had hay fever until I went back to fucking Poland and those white floating things got to me. Now I get it every year where ever I am.

How do I deal with it? Well. I am rarely awake during the day so it isnt thaaat bad, but still, it is, and it sucks.
