haha thats what my mom said but i told her our money is as good as anyone elses and we didnt just pay for undercooked pizza, we want good service, especially when there is always a problem. 3 times in a row before that.
If the pizza place has given you so many problem why the fuck do you keep ordering from there? Sorry man but you seem to be WAYYYYY too fuckin picky. If you are that picky about your food then just make your own at home or some shit.

i did..i ordered from a different pizza hut this time then the one i usually order from....but thats strange..cuz each pizza hut has different problems...one gives me extra pork toppings that i didnt ask for and this one doesn't cook it properly..and not to my standards or anyones standards acctually.....it still needed cooking atleast another 7 - 10 minutes

This was your bad pizza story? I had assumed you were about to bang a few hot chicks, pizza dude shows up out of nowhere, and asks if you need some extra sausage, you humbly oblige, and you guys tag team these chicks.

NEVER say to any fast food place or restaurant 'don't spit in my food' because they probably will if you say that. You should expect a professional service and comment only on that.

I would like to know how you think psychology comes into a business - customer relationship.
People in society like to be spoke to with etiquette and courtesy. Bringing corrupted ideas into light is not the best of tacts. A little diplomacy is all that is required. You don't have to get all psychological on their ass.

What's etiquette? The code of social behavior. Psychology, among other things, studies human behavior or social behavior in this case. Reading people is psychology applied. If you're in customer service and you get angry people on the phone all day long, who are really angry at the situation but take it out on you, it would be very handy to know human/social behavior and be able to defuse the situation. I imagine a (well-trained) psychologist would be very good at business-customer relations.
Applying psychology in this case wouldn't necessarily mean explaining to them what the problem is on their end and asking them if their parents ever touched them when they were young. It does not exclude tact or diplomacy.

Psychology in this context though is personal, since you are saying to them "don't YOU spit in my food" - like its some kind of personal beef. There shouldn't be any personal exchanges, only customer/business type ones.
I wouldn't order from somewhere if I had to ask them not to spit in my food.

yeah i sound like a terrorist. i just told them exactly what i wanted after they messed up the order and they agreed..which makes me wonder why it was so easy. maybe they knew all along they messed up on the order....the driver even insisted i keep the other two....what can i say to that.....
