A Bad Pizza Story With A Happy Ending

I ordered pizza last night from pizza hut and the they messsed up the order....

we ordered 2 Large Pizzas 1 with Green Peppers/Beef and the other half cheese and half green peppers/beef and they didnt even cook it properly...it still looked uncooked so i called them up told them i wanted 2 more larges delivered to me and if they spat in my food i'd get a lawsuit on them...and yeah i would have a case on them cuz ive found traces of pork 3 times in a row before that from pizza hut and the third time i took a tour of their kitchen and me and the manager found out that they werent using clean knives and thats how the traces of pork got in...i feel like a freeloader........but hey my money is as good as anyone else..its my right to have good service..

the first time i called them after i realized the pizza was undercooked no one picked up..can u believe that? all the other pizza huts were open at that time..but these guys must've known it was coming...not jumping to any conclusions here but i would've at least liked decent service...

tonight i offered to give back the uncooked pizza to the driver when he came by the second time.but he didn't want it so i was like whatever...we ended up getting 4 large pizzas for 25 bux haha

actually the other pizza i counted as being undercooked but their were huge ass pieces of meat on it which was abnormal..so i was like damn ive never seen that before...so i wanted them to compensate me the time that it took for them to send over another order. if i owned a pizza hut i would compesnsate the same way and u can hold me against it if i dont cuz i know how it feels..and lets i hope i dont ever forget. if i messed up..i would have to do things out of fairness to keep my customers happy after that.

lol yea, then phone up and say it was undercooked. when they get there they offer to take it back or see if you're tellin the truth. you say "sorry, i ate it. wheres my pizza?"

Rahim,

Chances are your pizza was only undercooked to your standards. Every pizza goes through the same oven on the same temperature and time. I'm willing to bet the everyday customer isn't complaining about it. While they should do what they need to do to make you satisfied, it's your responsibility to tell them what you want. You can't just say "excuse me, send me a new pizza--this is undercooked". Next time, ask for the pizza to be well done. This doesn't imply your pizza will be burnt, but your cheese will be golden (how pizza's meant to be) and your meats will cook all the way through.

i'm making my own pizza later tonight.

i've learned how to make the sauce from scratch, so i make everything myself. only the meat is already processed, although i could choose to use ham or whatever else i like on there.

anyway, it feels so great to eat a meal where you know what everything is, you know there's nothing shady about your food. i mean, you made it yourself and you know the ingredients you used were "healthy" ingredients. that shit tastes even better.

i used to work at dominos and we'd be PISSED when people would say the shit was "doughy"
and yes... they more than likely spat in your food... you better hope thats all they did, to be honest.
i wouldnt have even sent you the pizza because I know of too many people who say their shit is cold just to get more for free. One woman called and this is how that went...
Her: My pizza is cold.. I want to speak to a manager
Me: Well, I'm only a night manager, I can't refund your pizza [i wasnt even a night manager, just delivery guy... i lie a lot]
Her: Well what am I supposed to do with my pizza?
Me: [long pause...] Microwave it.
And i hung up.. It was fantastic. My manager laughed his ass off.

Another time, it took thirty minutes to finish dude's pizza AND get it to him, he lived about fifteen miles away and it takes about twenty min. for the food to finish. I got there and he had attitude. He was like "I'm gonna tell your manager that his drivers need to hurry up." and just kept on with his shit, I was trying to be friendly, and he goes "Can I ask you a question?"
I replied, "You just did, buddy" and gave him his change and politely said "Want to ask another one?" he walked inside.. then called my manager and reported me. My manager laughed his ass off once again.

And to whoever said that the pizza was just undercooked for Rahim's tastes, thats not necessarily true. If the person patting out dough for the pizza did it wrong, they could have caused the pizza to be doughy. True, they all go thru the oven the same amount of time, but if they messed up and did the pizza's sloppily, it could have been undercooked.


Sorry to go all "Preach" on you guys with this long post but i had a lot to say.

pork is nasty man, i dont eat pork. im also muslim too so its against my religion. ...i hate it...i cant digest pork for some reason...

last year i was at a Christmas party at work and they had pizza there..so i grabbed a slice from the so called "vegetarian" pizza section....i take one bite while i wasn't even paying attention to what i was eating and im getting this spicy taste in my mouth .. then i look at what im eating and i was like damn this is some kinda ham or pork or something...i just couldnt eat it...i cant digest it ...its not even as much about religion anymore..its something that i don't like even if religion did allow it u know

haha thats what my mom said but i told her our money is as good as anyone elses and we didnt just pay for undercooked pizza, we want good service, especially when there is always a problem. 3 times in a row before that.
