This isn't just some shit I'm saying, but physical labor doesn't do anything for my sleep. If anything, it makes it harder to sleep, because I have a bigger need to "recoup", and by the time i'm supposed to go to bed I just want another five hours to chill. I used to work doing carpentry for a while and it sucked. I'm not a very physical guy lol, I'm lazy. My problem when I go to sleep isn't that I'm not tired, some times I'll go to bed after having been awake for 30 hours and I still manage to spend a couple of hours falling to sleep. My body is so tired that it literally aches, but my mind is racing. My heart is beating fast fast fast. It's like a constant adrenaline rush because I get that warm sensation in my chest all the way until I fall asleep. I don't even know how it happens.
