I think I have a type of insomnia. It can not be normal that I can't fall asleep. At least when I'm high I can handle lying there for hours but when sober and the frustration sets in it's bye bye sleep. So here I am. GOOD FUCKING MORNING TO YOU.

6ish is pretty normal bed time for me right now. Today I was up until noon watchin episodes of the wire, 6 straight is not a good thing when you should be sleeping. I'm probably gonna do the same thing tonight though. Why oh why does Omar have to be gay. Anyway, do you work out or anything on the regular. During B Ball season I go to bed like its nothing, but for the 2-3 months im not playin or workin out that much i cant sleep at all. Maybe you should try something like that if you havent already.

Well, you probably know this, but it's not that your body lacks the ability to sleep. I have massive sleeping problems and have tried a whole bunch of shit. Are you on that schedule right now? Stay up till the early morning? Me too, if so I'll try to get on MSN more ehehe. I have practiced, and even with my sleeping problems I am able to slowly force my body to sleep. I can't quite explain how I do it with words, but it is like a movement. Something I do with my facial muscles, eyes and brain. I've come to the point where I have trouble sleeping even when I'm high. I didn't use to have that before, once I got high I slept like a baby. Now I sleep shitty no matter what, but have an easier time falling asleep when high.

I'll tell you this though. For every joint, the problem grows. Which is a thought that makes me want to commit suicide. Oh well, I'm gonna give the smoking a rest anyway.

Get a job working 12 hours a day, I recommend construction, that will put your ass to sleep for sure when you get home.

not sleeping for one whole night and then doing something untill late evening (10-11pm) always works for me.

I also hate getting up at around 4-5pm (that's what I'm doing lately). Tomorrow I'm going on my holidays and to use it well and sleep in proper time I'll have to not sleep or sleep for 2-3 hours on the first night and then I hope it'll get fine.

What sucks is when I'm on holidays and I'm at home I tend to go to sleep later with each night and after a week I end up going to sleep at around 7-8am. But like I said not going to sleep later helps.

I have sleeping problems as well, I have suffered from Insomnia from time to time. I would go 2-3 days without sleeping, sleep for 4-6 hours then do it all over again. Now I don't sleep till about 5-6 am. I don't know what's going on.

I cant believe so many people here have sleeping problems. If anything, i sleep too much.

Do some sport. No, not just walking upstairs and downstairs. Real sport.

I work out 3 times a week for about 1-2 hours. Being tired before bed doesn't help.

Preach ... I have no idea what you said.

If I do indeed have insomnia it's chronic insomnia (LAWL) and I doubt such remedies will get the job done, unless it's learning how to meditate.
