This thread is for people who listen to 2Pac and 50 Cent and can compare without negative comments. If you have any flaming comments I will delete them.
Anyways, I want to know what you guys think of the way 50 Cent recently acted and the reason this is in Pac's forum is because I believed he used strategies from Pac and is actually beginning to emulate him.
1. Even though Pac didn't make the beef public, the beef between him and Snoop is the exact same as 50 Cent & Game had. Snoop said he would do tracks with other artists and he wasn't in the beef. Pac was angered by this, but never made it public as I said. 50 acted the same way towards Game and used this to gain more attention before his album release.
2. 2Pac began beefing with people who were associated with B.I.G., not people only directing in his camp but others who he felt were representing them. 50 creates "Piggy Bank" and goes after Jada and Fat Joe believing they are choosing sides when doing songs with Ja Rule.
3. Pac said "yo if you wanna make yo money, you gotta rap for the bitches".. Do not rap for the niggas, I told the nigga, don't rap for the niggas, rap for the bitches.. The bitches will buy your record, and the niggas want what the bitches want" talking about Biggie. 50 has used this technique with his recent album releases, and knowing that beef records created buzz he states "beef records don't sell, In Da Club sells, 21 Questions sells"
4. Pac beefed with East Coast rappers, even though he was from the east, he was signed to a west coast label. 50 is on the radio discussing how fucked up New York rap is and how east coast artists aren't making music right, him also signed to a west coast label.
5. Pac stated often to plan, plot, strategize and was very militant with his decisions that he made. 50 said about "Piggy Bank" that he recorded that record and any response that was to come back at him had already been recorded and was calculated. He said that everything has already been thought of and he's prepared for whatever because he has it all planned out.
There is other things, such as "My Toy Soldiers" but I don't want to get into those things. I am a 2Pac fan and a 50 Cent fan and I am not hating with my speculations of 50's intent. I would like to hear what you guys have to say about this and how you feel about it.
