I remember these very same reasonings when L2TG was about to come out and Em was announced as producer.
I'll say the same thing I said then--I would rather never hear a new 2Pac release again than have to put up with this shit. What kind of fans are you, thinking it's OK for someone like 50 to be allowed to even TOUCH 'Pac or be allowed to promote 'Pac. Do you think he's gonna care about getting the right producers? Do you think he's gonna want to keep the OGs? Do you think he's gonna want NOT to have G-Unit and Mobb Deep and Eminem on there?
This is fucking pathetic, 3 albums straight of Eminem/50 bullshit? It's time for someone else to be able to executive produce a 'Pac album instead of those idiots. I mean...

All 50 wants is his name forever carved into the 2Pac legacy. Like it or not, 20 to 30 years down the line regardless of whether his career is finished by then, some kid will pick up a 'Pac record and be like "Oh, so this Eminem guy was important to the 2Pac legacy as well. He executive produced a lot of 2Pac albums I see." Do you want that to happen with 50 too?
This is essentially what's gonna happen with the Chimp coming on board.

How the hell did RUSD sell 4X platinum and L2TG didn't register a blip?
You don't NEED idiots like 50 coming on board to market and promote 'Pac. The man is more than capable of doing it on his own, with solid songs and singles that focus more on just 'Pac than the side-distracting guest stars or 3rd parties who in reality are all in it for themselves.
All I can say is, I hope to God this turns out as false as that rumor of Jay-Z being on Better Dayz.

50's quotes were really fake to me... when i say fake i mean that they made up
but if they are real... hopefully he's only exec. producing and he won't jump on the tracks with g-unit... somethin around the lines of still i rise/uteot were good pac albums... then it went downhill from there with a total decline at lttg... i liked better dayz and the TupRes Sdtk songs produced by em and even red spydaz realest killaz was arite.... including the 50 verse... but that's unacceptable on a real album... keep 50/em/g-g-g-gunit to the lowest possible minimmmummm PLEEEEEEASE!!!

for promotion, Amaru needs to stop putting down Pac as a guy who raps so slowly its like hes singing. The reason Ghetto Gospel wasnt a hit in Canada (or america, i think) is that no body wants to hear soft, sad rap on the radio (unless its RnB).
The only posthumous Pac ive heard on the radio multiple times is "Thugz Mansion" because it wasnt too sad, pac rapped a moderate speed, and the dope hook (not acoustic).
If Amaru wants to get this next album MULTI-PLATINUM or even DIAMOND, they need to listen to 2pac's advice and APPEAL TO THE LADIES. Tongue Kissin' is a guaranteed superhit (I really can't see how this song is about eating pussy, maybe its cuz im 15).

I haven't read all 9 pages of posts, but I'm hoping Amaru doesn't let this happen. Even though LTTG sold platinum, it aliented alot of Pac fans. I hope they learned about this and realize that they should still try to make us happy (i.e. OGs would be the best way, but since that's not happening, then at least guys like DJ Quik who worked with Pac before).
I heard it's mostly deathrow material so suge is gonna get his cut no matter what and have the deathrow label on the back. But i think people are overreacting a couple of years ago master p wanted to take pacs music in his hands and offer afeni a ridiculous amount of money but did it happen? no. I think they learned their lesson with lttg and how shitty it was barely selling a million. plus yayo and mob deep recently flopped so 50 is on the downfall. I heard johnny j has already been handed so tracks to produce.
