2Pac Recording Sessions History

#21
this would be a good idea because we can analyse pac's mood by the songs hes doing at a session... make some statistics or something

well, i dont know if its just me, but I aint THAT fascinated of the idea yet because somehow, I dont know if it would be so good for us to have a whole history of all of Pacs recording sessions becauze if he had it, than I guess most of our suprises about new released tracks would be gone, a lot of the excitement over a few new tracks would be gone cauze we would already all know about these songs, it would give us somehow a feeling of unnecessary omniscience which, in this case, I doubt is recommendable...So I cant really support the idea, I do admit it would be hella interesting to establish sth like dis, and I was thinking bout sth like dis myself alraedy long time ago (and yeah it does seem to give one a cool overview bout Pac's work), but as I sad, I dont know if we would have THAT much of an advantage of it..I mean the tracks will be released anyway some day I guess, PLUS, the information who was originally on the beats and the mic is usually delivered inside an album's booklet rite,so we WILL get this info anyway...so why not better restraining from such a chronological history? It may be different in 10 years or so, but for now, I rather disapprove of it.

I also don't need any credit for suggesting this idea, I just would love to see someone do it and get it out there.

Is there any way that someone could help you do some of that stuff you don't have time for, without getting access to whatever you want to keep restricted?

I love LiveNirvana.com it's such a great resource for hardcore Nirvana fans like myself. I'd love to see something similar on a 'pac website...

if ure a hardcore fan get the best of the boxset album coming on 11/1 AND get the real boxset, the new album has a fecal matter track on it and 2 other unleaked songs.

whats on the box set is a revamped version, not what was originally recorded. what was originally recorded used different drums.

and im not sure how much time ill have today considering im going to the dentist at 4 and i have other stuff to do but i should be able to get some done.

was just about to say that. Don'tGo2Sleep, come on man of course I have the boxset. and I know about the new release "Sliver : The Best Of The Box Set".... I was hoping it was gonna have all of the Fecal Matter demo tape on it (Fecal Matter was Kurt, Krist and Dale Crover) but it's only gonna have "Spank Thru"

The boxset version of Do Re Mi is the solo acoustic.

Yo Ghost do you know for sure who did the original drums on Do Re Mi? Cos I heard Kurt did the drums, Eric Erlandson from Hole did bass and Pat Smear did guitar.

supposedly theres multiple versions. its really hard to be sure considering the distorted facts and lies etc. but ive also heard kurt played the drums. im sure it will be released one day but i dont know. a short segment was played on a nirvana fan site cant remember the exact one by an employee of nirvana who was mysteriously banned after posting the clip supposedly because of something involving courtney love and other stuff that site got into. the clip was confirmed by people at official sites but im not sure if the story behind it was real. its hard to weed through tthe BS.

Anyways ive been working hard but weve ran into nothing but dead ends. im going to try more options tommorrow hopefully that will help.
