2pac Life Size Standee

Hey guys, glad to see everyone likes it.
I have just come back from a friends 21st and have a few beers in me, but I will still try and tell the story
Basically, i started off with trying to find a good pic of pac. The pic i found was from the resurrection book. Pic with Pac, Snoop and Suge. If you have the book or the pic, you will see that Pacs arms is covered by suges, but nothing photoshop couldnt fix.
Next, i scanned it in on high resolution and then tried to find a copy centre which would print onto A1 sized posters, like i said i got a quote for $200 a print, and this is 2 A1 pritns, so i was never going to go for that ($400!)
I cut the pic up into 12 pieces in photoshop and printed it onto 12 A3 sized pieces. I stuck them all together as good as i could just with normal tape on the back. After this, i had to go around to some furniture stores to find a peice of cardboard which was at least 6 foot tall and 3 foot wide. The 5th place i went to gave me a box for a bunk bed which worked great.
This then didnt fit in my car so i had to get my man who had a truck to come and help me with it! I g ot osome industrial glue and gluing it was the hardest part. I bought a paint roller, that thing which you paint houses with and it rolls on....i think u know what im talking about, anyway, i rolled the glue onto the back of the prints and then stuck it onto the cardboard.
I let it dry overnight and then once it was dry, i had to cut around it (this took the longest) just to get it precise was tough. After that, i found that the cardboard wasnt strong enough to stand up on its on. So i went to the hardware store and found some Balsa wood. For people who dont know what that is. its wood which is VERY light but still very strong, so i glued this on the back of it.
It then stood up perfect and there u go! Pac in my room staring at me!
People who come in and see it think i got it from a record store or something.
You can tell if u look closely that I put 12 A3 prints together, because there is slight colours variations in his jeans, but this is very minor.
