I have no idea where you got that info from but it's not even remotely true. Pac still lived on the East coast when he was 13, he didn't hook up with DU until he moved to Oakland (Marin City), and at that time he was a roadie, not a rapper (at least not with them anyway) As for getting a record deal when he was 13, I can't say for sure because I don't know. But it had nothing to do with Digital Underground.
