my heart is jumping all over the place today and yesterday. its not as bad today but what i want to know is should i steer clear of lifting weights when i feel like this?
I definitely wouldnt. If you stress your heart during your workout the palpitations might get worse.

Id get an EKG-G

Monday - Chest - Middle, Upper, Lower all 3 sets, 10 reps. Then i go to my max and do about 3 sets 3 reps.
Tues - Arms - Triceps, Resistance Triceps, Up and Downs for resitance.

Bicep curls - 3 sets 10 reps of 35lbs or 40lbs. 3 sets 15 of 25lbs or 20. (I seem to be inconsistent with weight on my arms).

Wed - Back exercises - Lower, Middle, Upper. All with machines, but I may start using dumbells again.

Thurs - A little bit of everything, mainly with machines and not really free weights on this day.

Fri - Half Arms and Half Chest. (I tend to skip Fridays because Im usually too sore to do anything or busy.
It seems like your doing the ghetto workout. Do you even do any cardio? (in proportion to your weights)

Try crossfit, it'll change your life

Rukas - Your post makes a lot of sense, and actually, I do do shoulders, I forgot that, but i have no set date for that. I either do it on the day o do my chest or biceps. I guess I skipped it bc my tattoo is on my shoulder and i skipped shoulder work outs and forgot to list it.

I'll take your advice and also, I tend to not eat that well. I forget or am too lazy after my work out to prepare something, and I know i have to be more strict on that about me, otherwise I won't gain nothing.

Yah, I do it mainly on fridays.

I tend to NOT work out my legs bc at my work I use them a lot. but when I don't work I work on my calves and inner and outer muscles on my legs. I also feel like my legs are already big. Mainly bc I used to be a Running Back in HS and I worked them out a lot.

I lift like 290lbs on my legs and I only weigh about 140. (I'm skinny cut) and a little short. haha

The rare times I do work them out, I work out 290 3 sets, 10 reps.

But I will do it more often, maybe if i keep at it, it wont seem like I use them a lot when i work.

My brother was taking Dynabol (sp?) a few years back. Apart from severe anger, no side effects. He was massive.

I dunno what my cousin takes, but he said it's like 30% steroids. -_____-

Is that even safe for him?

I don't take NOTHING. I used to take GNC Whey protein, but thats so nasty.

How'd it work for you? How much did the cycle cost? Any side effects?
The benefits were amazing, I think I gained around 3 kgs of lean muscle in 2 and a half months and I've managed to maintain my weight plus gain a little more since I finished my cyle.
I would basically jump out of bed ready to go in the mornings. I was never tired and was always motivated not only to go to the gym but work my ass off. For example I was benching 10 kgs heavier (85) that what I am now and no matter how hard I try can't seem to get back to that weight.
The first cycle was $380 and a refill was $300.. I think the little bottles are hard to come by brand new. A cycle lasts 4 to 5 weeks and if I had the money I would still be on it.

As for side effects I was lucky and experienced none, a friend of mine who I was working out with at the time got a little bit of back acne. It effects everyone differently.

I also just finished a cycle of dianabol (tablets) a few weeks ago but they were duds. A mate brought them back from Thailand when he went over. For a month I didn't drink alcohol because it destroys the liver.. and I drank up to 4 liters of water a day and gained nothing.

Now I'm just back to my international mass gainer protein shakes. Choc banana, delicious :)

Dbol makes a lot of people go bald.
No side effects of that type with my brother.

After reading Streds post it reminded me. He did have a spotty back too. This was about 10 years ago that he was on the roids.

My brother had dinabol tablets. And they were good. But with the injections he literally doubled in size. He went from benching 80kg to 120kg. His mate was taking them too and benching 150kg (1 rep).
