Was about to say what Rukas said. He already said who pulled the trigger before too, so clearly there is some layer of bullshit in this "street code" thing at the very least.
He confessed to the feds too, but for one reason or another, they refused to act upon it in any way. I think they suspected he wanted to cut a deal as being family with Orlando and having been there he thought he sounded plausible, but they must have thought it wasn't enough to close the case or was bullshit?
Regardless, he described the whole situation very much down to the tiniest detail before, and the first time I heard it I knew that he clearly knew what went down, and it was the closest I've gotten to a closure. Apparently, the car was found where he said it was, the gun was where he said it was etc. He also said that Puffy had a bounty on 2pac that they were trying to score, and the interaction and then shooting happened out of their pure "luck". He said Dre (a dude who was in the back seat) couldn't pull the trigger so Orlando did.
I think this is coming back because it might actually be true, but he is either looking for attention or trying to get some sort of a deal
