What is your food and protein shake schedule like? Would you drink a protein shake for breakfast? I feel like I would shit it out right away.

Also, what is your workout routine like now?

Are you having trouble getting to your maintenance level now? And yeah, like Rukas said, you want to be at least 500 calories above it (for losing weight, you go for least 500 calories below it).

You should drink the protein shake right after your work out (as soon as possible). If it's okay on your stomach you can mix your protein powder with Cecemel chocolate milk. The reason why you want to drink it right after is to help your muscles recover.

Best thing to do is to eat 4-6 times a day. I'd advice you to look around for a bit. Look for carb-protein-fat ratio, what/when/where/how to eat (or maybe just the what/when), and what food has a high amount of protein (+ low/high carbs, so you have some wiggle room with carbs). It's much easier to process all the information and actually put it into use when you do it yourself. Especially since you have to find a diet that works for you.

I'd aim for a calorie count that doesn't feel like a chore and build up a stable diet/food schedule, then try to increase it.

Im about to bulk over winter. Hellllloooo junk food and bulk gut! So I dont think my diet should be followed. Plus Im probably a lot bigger and taller than you already.

Just eat healthy veggies and meats and count your calories and make sure to eat over maintenance. It isnt hard man. A big table spoon of peanut butter is like 300 calories. Just count how much you've eaten, make sure you focus on your protein, and then top up whatever is left on peanut butter, for example.

My current schedule is:

Tuesday: Chest, tris
Thursday: Squats, deadlifts, legs, calfs
Saturday Chest, back
Sunday: Shoulders, biceps

Just wanted to say that I've started working out now, and a lot of the replies in this thread have been of great help. We'll see how this goes but unless I fall off I'll post before and after pics for you <3

If you need lifestyle advice from the internet full of clueless people like me, you're fucked.

I don't even know what you're asking. You're fat? You're white as fuck? You don't get to see the sun for 4 months? You haven't been laid in 4 years? What? What is it that you need? Just need some reassurance? Don't like it when you get my style of advice? Here's one. Get your head out of your ass and get some sun.

PEACE IN THA MIDDLE EAST BITCH
