this looks like a thread i would make..and a thread i have made...don't worry just take it easy..but just remember..when u get to work you will be lifeless..tired as hell....get off and go to sleep man trust me (i won't take my own advice thoabout this...cuz i got school tomrorw..well today..and im sitll awake..lol)...it feels good being awake like u can do anything...but when u get to work..you'll be like fuck i need to sleep..why didn't i sleep

so go to sleep lol


life is so much easier when u get sleep....on days i dont sleep at night and start my day i feel so fucked up..and then that same day i get sleep..the next day is much better...more energy

12:29 am and to be up in 7 hours sounds like ok to me. this week i haven't slept even 20 hours in 5 nights. one night went to sleep at 4:30am, and yesterday came back from kravitz concert and it was 4am, when i usually get up at 6:20am. but my body starts to feel the consequences of lack of sleep. one evening when i had my workout at one moment i had shimmer in my eyes, it looked like glowing flies were flying around me..fuck that, that scared me.

the other week I worked a late shift at work which was like 3pm - 11pm, I went home, couldn't sleep at all, and went back work at 6:30am the next morning, working through till 5pm that same day. I had been drinking red bull though, around that time which probably contributed to the situation. I took a couple of cans to work with me. I Went home and slept like a baby after that.
