Are any of you aggressive more at certain times? if so, why? what do you aggress towards? and i mean at times where you think its excessive, short-lived, becomes more frequent and out of character.

and does it scare you?

I have a quick temper. Always have. I have to reign it in, hard. I lose it at work, with friends and with girlfriends. Most of my relationships have ended because they got fed up of it.

I don't dislike it. I enjoy a good road rage (although I have don't have these any more), and a good row in the pub or the cinema. But... I can't afford a criminal record or a blade through my bowel. And I am allegedly a grown up. So I have cut them all out.

I have small man syndrome, I believe.

I'm normally really tranquil, shy, quiet, etc. When I play video games and have been losing online for a good amount of time (maybe 4 or 5 games in a row of just getting raped by pro gamers) I put the controller down and walk around really on edge.

Other than that, I really don't get riled up. Oh, grades. If I bombed something I thought I put the most time into I possibly could, then I get angry at myself but tend to withdraw and snap alot then too.

I'm generally laid back but there are certain settings that will piss me off quick. I have a short fuse when driving and dealing with ppl in customer service.

^^ Probably.

Kelli also reminds me of driving. I too call people nasty names for going too slow or being idiots.

I can get extremely pissed after collecting bad clients at work, but I'm working on that and have gotten calmer lately. Either cause I have more self-control or cause I just don't give a shit anymore. Most probably the latter.

I have road rage. It's intense. And especially against those cyclists who don't respect stop signs, lights, try to pass between cars, and think they own the streets. One day, I think I'll just hit one of them. It will hardly damage my car and probably teach one of these fuckers a good lesson.

Every driver in Montreal has road rage. We make NYC look like Beirut. If you see a man with his window down and half his body out of that window wielding a golf club, swinging it around like Braveheart.

Wave hello to me :)

^Well, that seems to anger me and make me aggressive.

FUCK YOU SANDEEP I AINT YO LAB RAT BITCH.

:D
hahaha no, nothing like that - ive finished my second year so ive been on summer holidays for like 2 months and i dont go back until september.

no its because i lashed out and noticed its happened probably twice in as many days - first one was minor, yesterday was just ridiculous. im really laid back, calm and usually let things slide. but some things really agitate me and wind me up and i always bottle up my emotions, anger, etc and sometimes i unleash some aggression on the people i really care about most and really dont want to hurt - i.e. snap at them. i nearly always talk things through but yesterday i just snapped. i get wound up so easily sometimes. but i always tend to make things better and make up for whatever was wrong. i need better coping strategies at certain times and i feel bad for venting some frustration, although its only human.

other people can get hurt and so thats why i usually bottle it all up. i usually take it out by running, sport, listening to music or whatever. only problem is i dont get to do much sport anymore. working in a call centre doesnt help.
