I'm hitting the big fair here in San Diego; probably for the 4th of July. Disney Land in Anaheim, Knotts soak City (water park), and last but not least, Universal Studios, as far as theme parks go.

I'm gonna try and go camping/hiking too.

The main thing will be searching for a job. But I plan to do a few things in the meantime:

1. Wake up every weekday at 8am, go work out, have a productive day
2. Catch up on my reading
3. Catch up on films
4. Reduce my drinking
5. Get my Excel and SQL skills up
6. Get my cooking skills up
7. Re-connect with people I lost touch with
8. Go rafting

BBQ a lot. Play a lot of basketball and work out. I live next to the mountains and I've never been camping so I want to finally do that. I need to find a new place to live since my lease is up. Umm I just want to enjoy the summer and the fun it brings

Going to Bermuda on Saturday for a week on a cruise ship and that's about it for leaving the states. Other than that, going to DC/Boston/NY frequently throughout the summer.

7 separate rehearsals in June to learn all the new songs we've written, as well as two gigs, one solo and one with the band. Tour of Canada in July and mixing the album. No idea about August but chances are, more gigs. India tour in Sept, I think.

There are many things I'd like to do that at the moment I think I probably won't do. So I'll be working to get them done.
I have awesome plans but probably won't be able to carry them out because of - let's say "limited resources". So I'll be working to get them done too or at least towards achieving them and gaining those resources.
Yeah.

I'll probably be going out a lot, traveling, waking up late and laughing at Sofi's Excel and SQL skills.

And doing things.

I'm working on a research grant with a group of people so that'll be the main thing. Other than that:

1. I wanna go to the lake a few times
2. Do some reading that isn't text books, I'm currently reading book 3 of the dark tower series
3. Get back into the workout routine
4. Play a couple video games that came out this year which I didn't have time to play.

Yeah I tried to go Sigh on everyone and be so mysterious :(

For example I want to go to Japan (it's probably third year in a row) but proper organization is a problem. And by "resources" I mean people. I don't think I have people I could take with me that would help making it the experience I'd want it to be.

I also have a similar problem with the US - I really wanted to go there before I'll have to go there for my possible "internships". I'm not even starting to prepare things since it'd be just bad to go with someone who would be more of a problem than fun and help.

So yeah I'll probably stay in Europe again. I'll practice my English and Japanese to make it possibly easier in the future and just have fun here.

I don't like to travel alone either and think it's a lot more fun to travel with a good friend who's down to hang out, has money to hang out, open to new experiences, but also not too crazy that you have to make sure he/she doesn't get into too much trouble.

BUT

If I couldn't find anyone to travel with me, I'd go alone too. There are some places I'd be less inclined to visit solo, such as, let's say, Thailand or Malaysia because I feel like I'd need a "local" to guide me and shit. But when it comes to the US and Japan, these are such popular tourist destinations and well-developed that you don't need anyone to help you with anything. Also, it's incredible how down-to-earth travelers are and the extent to which they're down to hang out. In other words, you can easily make friends and go sight-seeing/whatever with others wherever you go. Point is, don't let lack of companionship for traveling deter you from traveling.

1- Work my part time job as a collection agent, maybe find a 2nd part time job as my bank can't offer me full time hours like I wanted.
2- Go out of town for a weekend. Last 2 summers I went to Quebec city, I'm aiming for something else this year. Maybe New York.
3- Move in my new condo on June 26, decorate condo, and hopefully if Italy is still in the running host a WC game at home as well.
4- Drinks lots of sangria. Love it.
5- Not think about school, didn't take any summer course.
6- Lose some more weight
7- Enjoy myself.
