I had to post this thread, Because I'm sick and tired of hearing so called Pac fans saying "I aint buying this shit because so and so is producing on it!" who gives a fuck really? Like it or not this is who they have chosen to produce and feature on it, if Pac was alive would you of NOT copped his album because someone you didnt like was on it? alls you people are doing is lessening the chances of gettin the album we want released next year, so go ahead, don't buy it, and we just might not see the album we want next year.

Basically, to sum this up, I couldnt give a fuck who's producing it, I couldnt give a fuck who's featured on it, I will be buying the album the day it gets released to support Pac's legacy, END OF FUCKIN DISCUSSION.

i dont like songs that i have heard so far and if the other songs arent any better i wont buy it. i didnt buy lttg since there are only 3 songs i liked on it. if this album is about the same i would rather give my money to some other artist that isnt selling that many units that deserves my money instead of people just making money off of a person who has basically become a brand name

its probibly just me but I find that I appreciate a CD more when I actually buy it. I could never stay in the dark when a new 2pac album comes out. Sometimes I just buy an album for the booklet....

lol please jr. you dont have to tell me about appreciating a cd when you actually buy it. ive probably spent over 200 dollars the past month on cds alone. sometimes ill buy an album just to see who engineered a song. i aprreciate a cd more when the artists puts something out that is worth buying. this cant be said for tupacs albums since he is no longer alive but the people who control his music are not putting out music for the people who have been fans for 10 years or more, they are putting it out for people your age, the ones who only like what is hot at the moment(not saying you are one of those people, but it is your age group this shit is marketed too)

i have become embarrassed and ashamed to tell anyone i am tupac fan because of the b.s. that has been put out in the past few years, especially since lttg, plus most people that claim they are fans have not listened to albums like 2pacalyps now or the thug life album

just because i dont buy this cd doesnt mean i will be in the dark on anything i just wont be giving my hard earned money to people that dont deserve it.

That was nice. I'm gonna download the fuck out of this album when it leaks, burn it and give it to people for free with don't buy this album labled on it. I'll go buy it when it comes out, listen once, put it away. They didnt make this album for me, a 13 year long fan. They made it for kids that like crunk music and young jeezy. Tupac is dead, I dont care if Amaru goes under after what they have done to his music the past two albums. :hungry:

I definitely won't buy it. Every part of his songs, not just his lyrics, are part of the art he was trying to create and the ideas and thoughts he was trying to express. Even though he may not have been a producer on a certain song, he was still the one choosing which beat he likes and fitting his lyrics to it. The other original artists were chosen by him and would have been given creative advice by him. On top of this even his lyrics are being altered. To change the songs so drastically really bothers me for three reasons:

1. It shows that, at least to some extent, the people releasing the music don't have respect for Tupac's artistic talent or his message, and are only interested in using his lyrics for their own benefit.

2. I want to hear his music as it was originally created. Not this heavily manipulated music containing only a fraction of his original input. I don't even know anymore to what extent the lyrics are left un-altered.

3. It gives people who don't know a lot about him the impression that these songs are just leftover vocals and not completed songs and albums.

There was so much potential to create something really great out of all the work he completed before he died. He knew he was facing jail or death in his future, so he worked very hard to make something worthwhile out of the time he had. I hate to see so much of what he did being thrown away like this. So that's why I don't feel like supporting this album or any others that aren't released at least reasonably close to their original form.

I'll be picking this up. not pleased with some of the artists on the album. but i want to enjoy Pacs music. and if i wanna listen to some OG's i'll just pop in my bootleg cd's.

This album will be better than Loyal to the Game.
